Our Paneer Shashlick is a vegetarian dish that’s big on flavour and grilled to perfection. Soft cubes of paneer are marinated in our house blend of yoghurt, ginger, herbs, and traditional spices, then skewered alongside crisp peppers and red onions.
Cooked in a tandoori clay oven, each piece is lightly charred on the outside and tender in the middle – giving you that classic smoky taste with every bite. Served with a side of fresh salad and a cooling mint sauce, it’s a delicious dry dish perfect for a lighter meal or part of a larger feast.
